Once we clearly understand our client's needs, and have
thoroughly researched the competitive marketplace, Vargo
Medical Recruiting can use its extensive network of contacts
to expediently source qualified candidates. Each candidate
will be carefully pre-screened and interviewed prior to being
submitted for client review. We take pride in quickly identifying
and presenting candidates who have the exact education, experience,
and skill set that the position requires. Also, we will only
submit candidates who have salary expectations that fall within
our client's targeted salary range.
